Join terrestrial Ecologist Nathan McIlwrath and the Causeway Coast & Glens Heritage Trust on a Biodiversity Walk exploring the Castlerock sand dune system examining the key features of what makes them a Special Area of Conservation. This habitat is full of a wide variety of distinctive and charismatic species specifically adapted to a life on the beach. This will be a leisurely stroll across the dunes suitable for all ages. We may even spot some of the coastal butterflies and bumblebees on the day. Lets hope for sunny weather but prepare for anything.
